Don’t just aim for Promotion for if you do anything for Promotion, you will try to make your peers look inadequate whether they are or not. You would climb over people and crush their hopes. WHAT YOU DO IS AIM FOR SUCCESS. For when you become successful, then the Money and Promotion both follow as a matter of course without any harm.
Eddison was told a thousand times after each attempt of failure that his light bulb invention wouldn’t work. But he kept up his determination, motivation and belief and on the 1000 and 1 attempt, he lit up the world.
