Your Target audience – your niche

Your clients’ income goals

Your lead generation strategy – Prospect building by Salespeople – SEO – Word of mouth – Advertising 

If your potential clients do not know- who you are, what you do, where you are, then they will not come to you 

Your own role, and when to delegate or outsource tasks

Your Finances – Profit & Loss – Cash Flow. Keep a tight check and control on your finances. Remember the old rule – Turnover is Vanity – Profit is Sanity – Cash Flow is Vital.

Get these things figured out BEFORE you launch. And stick to them from the start.

The answers might change over time, in fact it’s great if they do. This means you’re not standing still.

But you need a defined starting point before you start. The best way to achieve this is to have a business plan in place.
